Radiation Services Group - Delivery

Due to the specialised nature of radiation shielding materials, there can be delays in the shipment of product. Please note that all estimated shipping dates are to be used as a guide only, and are not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: At Radiation Services we strive to do the right thing for the environment wherever possible. Unfortunately, as we do not offer a service for the removal of wrapping and packing materials, the disposal of these materials remains the responsibility of the customer. Therefore we urge all our customers to dispose of the materials used to protect their purchases while in transit, in a careful manner and with due consideration for our planet.

PICK UP

Customer collection of goods purchased from Radiation Services Group is available from our Warehouse located at:

The following applies if you elect to pick-up or arrange your own collection of goods:

1. Customers with payment terms 'Prior to Shipping' must organise for cleared payment 24 hours prior to collection of goods. For your convenience we can accept EFT payments or credit cards over the phone (Visa or Mastercard only). A credit card surcharge of 1.75% will apply.
2. Collection of goods must be made by appointment only and is between the hours of 8:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.
3. IMPORTANT Please ensure you have organised a suitable vehicle for your collection. Contact Radiation Services prior to pick up for confirmation of weight & dimensions of your order. Pick-up attempts with unsuitable vehicles will be turned away.
4. OH&S prohibits our staff from assisting in hand loading your order. Radiation Services offers a free fork-on service. If your vehicle is not suitable for fork lift loading, please make sure you have sufficient help to carry goods to your vehicle.
5. When receiving goods, please inspect thoroughly before signing received in good order as any claims for damage will not be accepted.

DELIVERY

The following applies if you elect for a carrier arranged by Radiation Services Group to deliver the goods:

1. Customers with payment terms 'Prior to Shipping' must organise for cleared payment prior to dispatch of goods. For your convenience we can accept EFT payments or credit cards over the phone (Visa or Mastercard only). A credit card surcharge of 1.75% will apply.
2. The site address and a contact name and number for the delivery must be supplied prior to dispatch. It is important that someone is at the delivery location to receive your purchase on the date specified. Although we try our best to supply you with a timeslot for your delivery this cannot be guaranteed. If no person is present to accept the goods on the scheduled delivery day, or the delivery is cancelled on the day of delivery, you will be charged a futile-delivery charge and an additional charge for re- delivery will be incurred.
3. It is important that sufficient, clear and safe access is available for the courier to deliver the goods you have purchased.
4. IMPORTANT Unless otherwise specified, delivery of your order will be a 'fork off only' service with offload to remain the responsibility of the receiver. Please ensure you have organised a suitable offload method for your delivery (I.E. Fork lift, crane or labour to hand unload). Delivery attempts with unsuitable offload capability will be returned and will incur a futile delivery charge. If an additional service is required such as Hiab Crane, Tailgate or Taxi truck for time-slot delivery please contact us.
5. When receiving goods, please inspect thoroughly before signing received in good order as any claims for damage will not be accepted.
6. All packing and wrapping materials are your responsibility and will be left at the premises.
7. Any damage to property must be reported to the Carriers delivery driver and recorded at the time of delivery.
8. Radiation Services Group makes no representations about the Carrier other than those contained in this document, and are not responsible for delivery by the Carrier.
